Cancellation

Non-Refundable Payments
Unless explicitly stated by our guarantees and excluding custom plans covered under guarantees, all payments, including subscriptions and other fees, are non-refundable. Payment Disputes
By subscribing, you agree not to raise disputes or chargebacks for any payments made to agentsmart.io. If you raise a dispute against this policy, and it is determined that you did not follow the cancellation process, you will be responsible for all legal fees we incur, including court and lawyer fees. If you raise a dispute, you acknowledge and accept that you will lose the dispute as soon as it is raised.
Additional Fees for Disputes
